Brittany

Brittany real estate is located in Brookhaven close to the intersection of Ashford Dunwoody Road and Windsor Parkway. Brittany is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Atlanta because of the well built homes and large lots compared to many of the homes in this area. Many of the homes in Brittany feature hardwood floors, swimming pools, professional landscaping, granite coutertops, stainless steel appliances, large lots, basements, and much more. Many of the homes in Brittany were built in the 1960's-1970's, however due to land values in this neighborhood it is not uncommon to see newer custom homes being built. Brittany also has a club which sits on Silver Lake, has a large swimming pool, hard/clay tennis courts, and a newly built clubhouse.

Brookhaven is just north of Buckhead and just south of Chamblee inside the perimeter. Brookhaven is one of Atlanta's most desirable and sought after communities. Brookhaven is home to Oglethorpe University, the new Town Brookhaven development, Brookhaven Village, Northside Hospital, Scottish Rite childrens hospital, St. Josephs Hospital, Blackburn Park, Brookhaven Park, several of Atlanta's top private schools, and much more.

Brookhaven is one of the most desirable communities in Atlanta for many reasons. Brookhaven is located between the two most popular shopping districts in Atlanta, Lenox Mall area in Buckhead, and the Perimeter Mall area in Dunwoody. Brookhaven is also within minutes of the Midtown and the Downtown districts of Atlanta. This provides easy access to the most desirable shopping, dining, nightlife, and entertainment in Atlanta.
