BROOKHAVEN NEIGHBORHOOD

Brookhaven is the neighborhood north of Buckhead and west of Peachtree Road. Much of this neighborhood is in Dekalb county which offers all of the conveniences of the city but with lower taxes. Brookhaven is just a few blocks from Phipps Plaza, Lenox Mall, and all of Buckhead's finest, but without the traffic. In Brookhaven it is easy to find a game of golf, or tennis at the Capital City Club. Brookhaven homes are priced between $1 million - $4 million around the club and sit on large beautiful lots. Brookhaven is one of the most stable neighborhoods in all of Atlanta and it has sparked development in several surrounding areas like Brookhaven Heights, and Brookhaven Fields.
