Peachtree Orleans is located off of Peachtree Road in north Buckhead and on the edge of Brookhaven. Peachtree Orleans is made up of mostly two bedroom two bathroom units which are all pretty much identical in size and layout, there are three buildings on the right side of the community that are a mix of one bedroom one bathroom units and also some two bedroom one bathroom units. Peachtree Orleans was originally built in the 1960's and was an apartment complex, in the late 1990's Peachtree Orleans was converted to condominiums. When they converted this community they replaced all of the electrical systems, HVAC systems, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, closets, etc. Most of the homes in Peachtree Orleans include hardwood floors, large kitchens, upstairs units have two balconies, and the layout is open, and great for entertaining. Peachtree Orleans is a gated community with a pool, low HOA dues, and some of the units have covered parking. Peachtree Orleans is within walking distance to the some of the best shopping Atlanta has to offer including Lenox Mall, and Phipps Plaza.
