SURREY PARK
Surrey Park is an established neighborhood located in Johns Creek off of Abbots Bridge Road close to Hwy 141, and Jones Bridge Road. Surrey Park is a smaller neighborhood with approximately 40 homes built in the mid to late eighties. Most of the homes in Surrey Park have relatively large lots compared to many of the homes in the area. Many of the home owners in Surrey Park have maintained their homes meticulously, and many of the homes have been updated. One of the things that catches my eye most when driving through and showing homes in Surrey Park is the beautiful landscaping that some of the homeowners have done. Surrey Park is a great option for familes with children with two cul de sacs, and very little traffic as their are no through roads in the community.
